~ According to my research, it seems to be from the 1990s. The fabric is also heavy-duty and seems quite sturdy. resilient and as military surplus, it's in good condition, outstanding for casual wear, everyday wear, workwear, outdoor activities, bikers, mechanics, and construction workers! I think it will develop character the more you wear it. All openings and closings are Velcro, so they won't break like zippers. The cuffs can be tightened with Velcro. The front is also double-layered to prevent wind from entering and is designed for safety.
The functionality is also impeccable.
