One NEW dog collar, light blue with a battery operated LED light for night visibility. Battery contact strip still in place has not been used nor tested. As is, see pictures for length measurement. Collar has never been used, would make a fantastic gift!

*Dogs up to 10 pounds will likely need a collar with a length of 12” or less (Extra-Small)
